Having previously led large-scale operations and healthcare organizations of more than 2,500 employees, Eaton brings to the Verse team two decades of experience in workforce management, training, quality, project management, contact centers and supplier management.

Prior to joining Verse, Eaton held leadership positions in various industries. Over his 20+ year career, Eaton has worked for retailers like Nike, tech giants like Oracle, financial services like ADP and entertainment companies like Walt Disney. Eaton has achieved great success in its ability to connect with its teams and foster a positive culture, while improving efficiency and performance.
