Verify your personal PCS details to enter the raffle

Ahead of our national pay, pension, jobs and severance pay ballot in September, we need everyone in the public service and related fields to prepare for the ballot by updating the contact details we hold for you in our member database via Digital PCS.

You can only vote in this national postal ballot if you have provided us with a personal mailing address.

Even if you’re not in the ballot, you can still win a prize simply by registering for PCS Digital, or if you’re already registered by updating your personal details.

To have your say in the vote, make sure all your personal information is up to date, including:

  • Your name
  • Personal email address
  • Mailing address (Do not use your business address)
  • Mobile number
  • Degree (or equivalent)
  • Current employer
  • Workplace.

Not registered?

If you are not registered for Digital SCP all you have to do on the online form is enter your surname, your first name and then your PCS membership number, which has 7 digits and begins with a P (you will find it on all the e-mails you have received from us) .

Read the guide online.

Once registered, you’ll receive your mail-in ballot so you can have your say in industrial action plans to get you the pay and pension you deserve.
