Updates to contact tracing hours, procedures

As we enter a new phase of the COVID-19 pandemic, the UIC COVID-19 Contact Tracing and Epidemiology Program will update its opening hours and procedures to align with other changes in the campus. Program staff will continue to carefully monitor incidence trends and modify operations accordingly.

The new hours of operation, effective May 22, are as follows:

  • Tuesday to Saturday, noon to 8 p.m.
  • Although operations are closed on Mondays, we will be monitoring our inbox ([email protected]) for questions that arise.
  • Holiday schedules will be posted online.

To streamline operations and ensure prompt and sustained service to the UIC community, operations will become increasingly email-centric (rather than by phone). Monitor your inbox closely on a daily basis, even during the summer months, for any communication from contact tracing. Communications will be received by [email protected] and will be sent to your primary or registered UIC email address.
