The UK National Contact Center Awards are now in their 27th year and recognize outstanding and inspiring individuals and teams in the industry who are role models and deserve recognition for the exceptional work they do in the operation of their contact center. These awards are about people, amazing people who deserve to be rewarded.

Past winners have accomplished great things – many of them now serve in senior management and the board, and some are on our panel of highly qualified independent judges.

The awards have an excellent reputation throughout the industry for being of a very high standard. All applicants go through a rigorous assessment process, including personal face-to-face interviews, a jury and site visits.

The judges for the award are people working in the industry with excellent reputations and track records. Judges are hand-picked for their in-depth knowledge and experience of contact center operations. Many have been judging the program for several years, and many have gone through the process themselves as nominees. Judges do not come from vendors or suppliers.
