Stagecoach appoint Perth Contact Center Customer Service Manager

Stagecoach has announced that important steps have been taken towards the opening of its new customer contact center in Perth. The dedicated customer contact center, which will offer a single telephone and digital point of contact, is expected to open in the spring.

The management team and team leaders have recently been appointed and recruitment is underway for 60 new customer service advisors to join the new team. Stagecoach will be holding a recruitment open day on 24 February from 12.00pm to 6.00pm at their headquarters – 10 Dunkeld Road, Perth and are encouraging people to sign up by emailing [email protected]

As part of this recruitment campaign, Stagecoach announces the appointment of Julie Wilson, Customer Service Manager. Julie, who is originally from Glasgow, has worked in contact centers since 1996, when she started as a consultant at British Gas and quickly progressed into management roles, spanning customer service, sales and learning and development, with British Gas, Sky, Heineken and more recently People’s Energy.

Significant investments are also being made in a new customer relationship management system to help deliver tailored support, better understand end-to-end customer journeys and quickly resolve any emerging common issues.
