Coventry City fans are encouraged to ensure their contact details and preferences are kept up to date.
With subscriptions renewing ahead of the 22/23 campaign, now is the perfect time for fans to check that the information we have for you is still correct.
You can do this by logging into your account on our ticketing site www.ticketing.co.uk/CCFC – then clicking on the account menu, followed by update details.
Please ensure that we have your correct information, especially your mailing address, telephone number and email address.
Here you can also update your contact preferences.
This is important because it affects how we can contact you. Even if we have the correct information for you, if you have not given us permission to contact you in certain ways, we are not permitted to do so.
You can update your contact preferences by logging into your account on our ticketing site www.ticketing.co.uk/CCFC – then clicking on the account menu, then update details, then scrolling down to “News Delivery Preferences”.
You can also update all the details by visiting the ticket office.
Coventry City chief executive Dave Boddy said:
“It’s important that the information we have for fans is up to date – whether it’s your postal address, your email address or your contact preferences etc.
“If it’s not up to date and we have old information for you, it will affect deliveries of things like Season Passes and JSB Packs, as well as the means by which we can contact you.
“This is particularly important as we continue to implement our partnership with Sports Alliance that we announced last year, and our work on fan engagement, data management, CRM, single sign-on and information services.
“So we encourage fans to log in and check and update their information as soon as they can.”
