MIA Distribution launches Teams contact center solution via exclusive A/NZ deal

Australian Unified Communications (UC) technology distributor MIA Distribution has brought a Microsoft Teams contact center solution to the Australian and New Zealand region through an exclusive agreement with Dutch provider ContactCenter4All.

Called CC4Teams, the solution is offered through the distributor channel’s UC business unit and provides additional features for using Teams as a contact center, such as cold and hot transfer, call recording, interactive voice recording and operator functions.

It also contains historical and real-time reports – which integrate with Microsoft PowerBi – as well as wallboards and support for home workers.

The infrastructure to host the solution has already been established in Australia with engineering resources provided by ContactCenter4All and MIA, while also utilizing infrastructure in other regions to offer partners in Asia-Pacific global scale , with customers already on the platform.

RNA understands that when demand is high enough, additional dedicated infrastructure may be deployed in New Zealand.
