GRANADA – Jackie Elaine Adams, 70, of Granada, died on Sunday October 10, 2021 at her home. A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, October 19, 2021 at 1 p.m. at the Pentecostals in Grenada located at 34 Bruce Road. Visits will take place from noon to 1 p.m. at the church.
She was born January 24, 1951 in Kosciusko, Mississippi, and was the daughter of the late John Lucas Adams and Ann Rue Gomillion Adams.
Jackie was the manager of Goldberg’s shoe store for many years. She was a member of the Pentecostals in Granada. Jackie loved to cook, especially around Thanksgiving. She also enjoyed working outside in the yard. Jackie loved his family.
She was predeceased by her parents, John and Ann Adams; one sister, Teresa Adams; and two brothers, John Dale Adams and Ronnie Adams.
Jackie is survived by her daughter, Tammy Adams Sullivan of Granada; two grandsons, Brett Wayne Franklin and Jase Cole Sullivan of Granada; one brother, David Ray Adams, and his wife, Stephanie, of Social Circle, Georgia; two sisters-in-law, Lynn Adams Smallwood of Grenada and Melanee Maranto Adams-Chappell of Fayetteville, Arkansas; and a host of nieces and nephews.
