Police in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, have arrested members of a sextortion racket who blackmailed people via “Stripchat”, the ANI news agency reported on Saturday.
The arrests were made on Friday, said the (town) police commissioner Nipun Agarwal, quoted by the ANI. He added that a few suspects were blackmailing people through nude video clips.
Eight bank accounts of the accused were also seized, the police official said.
