New categories recognize CX as European Contact Center & Customer Service Awards open for applications
The European customer contact industry’s largest awards program, the European Contact Center & Customer Service Awards (ECCCSA), has opened entries with new categories focusing on customer experience. The deadline to participate is Friday, July 22, 2022.
This year, the ECCCSA will recognize organizations across Europe that lead the way in operational excellence, employee experience and customer experience. Retaining popular categories, such as Contact Center of the Year, Most Effective Learning and Development Initiative, and Best Support Team, the program will also include a number of new categories, including:
– Most effective automation implementation
– Better approach to diversity and inclusion
– Better customer-centric culture
– Most effective strategic transformation program
– Better contact strategy
– Better customer experience
President of the Judges, Helen WilsonExplain :
“Each year, we revise the categories to reflect changes in the contact center industry and customer service. This year, we introduced the most effective automation implementation and also split the most effective application of technology to separately recognize solutions that positively impact the employee and customer experience.
“We also wanted to do more to recognize work organizations that are focused on CX, with the best customer-centric culture and the best customer experience – the latter being a real opportunity for organizations to show how brilliant their CX is. .”
The introduction of the categories for Best Contact Strategy and Most Effective Strategic Transformation Program elevates these awards to a higher level to address the more strategic challenges that customer contact managers successfully address. The most effective approach to risk mitigation and the best business partnership are also new to the program.
Being an ECCCSA (pronounced EKSA) awardee is a prestigious honor that has proven to raise the profile of customer contact operations, capabilities and stars. Some of last year’s finalists said:
“We have reached the top of Europe! – Cosmote Electronic Value
“The emotion I felt last week when the team won the Best Customer Service Team award was unprecedented.” – The group itself
“A night I will remember for a long time! I walked into this superbly organized glamorous event by ECCCSA and the sheer scale blew my mind. The joy of leaving with two bronze medals is gratifying but only pushes us to aim higher! – Three
“Of all that we have achieved, this recognition matters the most. The way we take care of each other shines through in the way we take care of our partners and customers. – Payment Shield
Director of Operations, Jackie PringleExplain,
“Each year, we review how we can continually improve the program, beyond reviewing the categories,”
“For this year, we are highlighting the judging criteria upfront, so all nominee organizations can see what they will be judged on every step of the way. Judges will be looking for purpose, impact, experience , innovation and best practice And of course, it’s easier than ever to participate, with the online system and a small number of questions for each entry.
