AXA opens a customer contact center in Londonderry and seeks to recruit 40 employees

AXA’s Customer Contact Center serves the company’s extensive customer base in Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland. The company’s original presence in the city dates back to 2007 when it started operations with just 20 employees. Today it employs over 540 people spanning customer service, marketing, claims, sales, human resources and IT.

Due to the continued growth of the company, he has over 40 vacancies which he is currently looking to fill.

AXA employs nearly 1,500 people on the island of Ireland and more than 750 in Northern Ireland. In recent years, AXA has provided significant support to local community initiatives across Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland, including, most recently, AXA Parks – a €1 million initiative which will provide grants projects to local community groups to improve green spaces in their locality.
